Planning Permission for Dalston House

We are very pleased that our new build Dalston House was awarded planning permission at a Committee hearing at Hackney Town Hall  on the 14th January 2015.

The two storey house will be constructed on a brownfield site in St. Mark’s Conservation Area, Dalston. The facade references the nearby grade 2* listed St. Mark Church – reproducing a geometric-flower pattern which forms part of the church facade. The reuse of the flower pattern also refers to the fact that what was to become St. Mark’s Conservation Area survived as fields and market gardens than many other parts of Dalston.
